Hooray and congrats to my brother & sister-in-law!  They welcomed their 2nd child into the world this morning.  Wish we could be there!

Since Lent began, you’ll find me in my rocking chair once a day with my one cup of coffee in one hand and the above book in the other.  Each day’s meditation has been so abundantly “perfect” for my soul that all I can think about posting are exerpts…

We love it when the UPS man brings us packages!  (He’s the closest thing my kids know of Santa Claus.)  I saw this picture on the news this morning and thought I’d share it.  It’s a FedEx man rescuing a 78-year-old man yesterday from a flood in Missouri.  It’s nice to know that there are still a few good men out there…
